modern-minimalist-hourglass-table-lamp
Cordless Minimalist Hourglass Table Lamp – Rechargeable

Modern Minimalist Hourglass Table Lamp – Cordless, Rechargeable

No cable, no socket, no fuss: this little hourglass lamp goes wherever you want a glow. A flared top shade sits on a sculpted cone base, so it looks like a tiny designer sculpture that happens to light up. Tap the touch control to switch between warm, neutral and cool light, then dim it to suit your mood. Put it on a bedside table, a desk or a dinner table, and carry it to the next room when the evening moves on.

The design style: Modern Minimalist
Modern Minimalist design is about doing more with less: clean shapes, a calm colour and nothing that does not earn its place. This lamp follows that rule. The hourglass silhouette is the whole decoration, with a narrow waist that flares into a wide shade at the top and a stable cone below. There are no cables, no ornament and no visible switch. It sits happily in modern, Scandinavian and minimalist rooms, and the five colour choices let you go calm (white, black) or playful (yellow, orange).

Why it's worth it
A lamp that goes anywhere, with nothing to plug in. The 3W LED is built in, so there is no bulb to buy or replace. One tap changes the light colour, and touch dimming takes you from reading brightness to a gentle night glow. It charges through USB-C, the same port many phones and gadgets use. At 19 cm tall it fits on shelves, bedside tables and narrow desks where a full-size lamp would crowd the space.

Light and atmosphere
The flared shade gives a soft, even glow rather than a harsh beam. Choose warm light for cosy evenings, neutral for everyday use and cool light for desk work. Because it is cordless, you can move the light to where you need it, rather than arranging the room around a socket.

Styling ideas
Pair white or black with natural wood, linen and ceramics for a calm, neutral look. Let a yellow or orange lamp be the one pop of colour on a plain shelf or sideboard. Place two matching lamps either side of a bed, or group three at different heights on a long table for a layered glow. Because the base is small and stable, it also fits beside a laptop, a stack of books or a small plant without taking over the space.

For your home
Perfect on a bedside table, where it doubles as a night light you can pick up and carry. It works on a desk or shelf for reading and study, on a sideboard or coffee table for a pool of ambient light, and on the dining table for relaxed dinners. It is also handy in a rented home, because there is no wiring to arrange. For dry indoor use.

For designers and trade
A characterful, cable-free table lamp for cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique hotel rooms, co-working spaces and show homes. No wiring or sockets are needed, so it is quick to place, easy to move between rooms and simple to keep tidy. The compact 19 cm size suits small tables, and the five colours let you match or contrast with a scheme.

Specifications

Style: Modern Minimalist

Materials: aluminium, iron, PC

Colours: five options, see colour selector

Light source: 3W LED, built in (no bulb needed)

Light colours: warm, neutral and cool, with touch dimming

Power: rechargeable battery, USB-C charging port

Charging time: about 3 hours

Run time: about 8 hours per charge

Height: 19 cm

Base width: 13 cm

Switch: touch control, no cable or plug

Certification: CE

FAQs

My lamp doesn't light up.
