gold-k9-crystal-mini-pendant-light-modern-glam
Gold K9 Crystal Mini Pendant Light – Modern Glam, 120cm Wire

Gold K9 Crystal Mini Pendant Light – Modern Glam, 120cm Wire

A chandelier's sparkle, shrunk down to pendant size. Layers of faceted K9 crystal drops hang from a slim gold frame, so when the bulb lights up inside, the whole shade throws tiny flecks of light across the room. It is small enough for a kitchen island or a bedside, and glamorous enough to be the first thing people notice. Hang one on its own, or line up a trio and watch an ordinary ceiling turn into an occasion.

The design style: modern glam
Glamorous lighting has a long history. The grand crystal chandeliers of palaces and ballrooms were joined, in the 1920s and 30s, by the sleek, shimmering fixtures of Art Deco and Hollywood style, where gold and glass meant celebration. Modern glam keeps that sparkle but strips away the fuss: clean shapes, a warm gold finish and plenty of reflection, without a huge, heavy fitting. This mini pendant is a perfect example. The tiered crystals give it the classic chandelier look, while its compact size and simple gold frame keep it light and modern. It sits just as happily in a contemporary flat as in a period home.

Why it's worth it
You get the chandelier look without the chandelier price or the chandelier footprint. Because the pendant is only 15cm wide, you can use several together for a layered, designer effect that would cost far more with larger fittings. The wire is adjustable up to 120cm, so you can set the drop exactly where you want it, from a short hang over a bedside to a long, graceful drop in a high-ceilinged hallway or stairwell. The standard E27 lamp holder takes any bulb you like, and choosing a warm white bulb brings out the gold in the crystal.

Choosing your options
The shade is 15cm wide and comes in two heights, 20cm or 24cm, with a 12cm gold ceiling plate. Choose it with a warm white or a cold white LED bulb included, or buy it without a bulb if you would rather pick your own. Warm white is the cosy, flattering choice for kitchens, bedrooms and dining areas. Cold white is crisper and works well in a bright, modern space.

For your home
Hang a row of three over a kitchen island or breakfast bar for the look in our photos. Use a pair either side of the bed instead of bedside lamps, or one on its own in a hallway, cloakroom, entrance or dressing area, where a small light with a big personality works best. Each pendant covers about 5 to 10 square metres, so use more than one for a larger space. Hang the bottom of the shade about 75 to 90cm above a worktop or table, and raise it in hallways so nobody bumps their head.

For designers and trade
A compact, repeatable glam pendant for boutique hotels, restaurants, bars, salons, boutique shops and show homes. The 15cm shade is easy to specify in multiples, the adjustable wire lets you stagger drop heights on site, and the standard E27 holder keeps bulbs easy to source.

Fast UK delivery
This pendant ships from our UK warehouse, so there is no long wait: most orders arrive within a few days, in time for your kitchen refresh, bedroom makeover or new home.

Specifications

Style: modern glam

Materials: gold-finish iron frame, K9 crystal drops

Shade: 15cm wide, 20cm or 24cm high depending on design

Ceiling plate: 12cm across, 2.5cm deep

Wire: adjustable, up to 120cm

Lamp holder: E27, one per light

Suits about 5 to 10 square metres

Voltage: 90 to 260V

Mounting: hanging, hardwired

Ships from: United Kingdom

FAQs

Is a bulb included?
Yes, if you choose the warm white or cold white option.
