Nauradika was founded by Jean-Charles Lacoste, a visionary with a background in Travel Tech and a deep love for design. After launching the company in 2021, Jean-Charles recognized the untapped potential in the hospitality sector and steered Nauradika toward its current mission: to empower designers and architects with lighting that tells a story.

Joining him is Tobias Hanno, our COO, whose expertise in operations, customer service, and interior design ensures that every project we touch is executed with precision and care. Together, they lead a small but dynamic remote team based in the UK—curators, logistics experts, and marketing specialists—all united by a shared passion for creating spaces that inspire.
