Policy on Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Note on Cancellations

If you decide to cancel a purchase prior to its shipment, you will be entitled to an immediate refund. However, a 10% finance fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the credit card fees incurred during the purchase and refund process.

Returns

  • General Return Policy: We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • The cost of returning an item is borne by the customer.
    • Items on sale or final sale do not qualify for a return.

  • Special Orders:
    • Special orders do not qualify for returns or refunds.
    • An order is considered a "special order" if it meets any of the following criteria:
      • Contains more than 4 items.
      • Has a value exceeding £300 or the local equivalent.
      • Includes handmade or made-to-order items.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged item, please file a claim at support@nauradika.com as soon as possible. Follow these steps to ensure your claim can be processed:

  • If the box is damaged:
    • Take photos or record a video of the damage before opening the box, if possible.
  • If the item(s) is/are damaged:
    • Make a short video clearly showing the damage.
    • Attach the video and any photos to your email when filing the claim.

Depending on the extent of the damage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement for the damaged item.
  • A partial refund.
  • An option to return the item for a full refund.

Note: A video of the damages is required to process your claim.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • The cost of authorized returns is borne by the customer.
  • Returns are subject to:
    • 8% restocking fee
    • 10% finance fee, covering credit card and administrative fees incurred during the purchase and refund process.
  • Items on sale or final sale do not qualify for returns. 
  • For all approved returns:
    • You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return.
    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns and Refunds for Special Orders

  • Special orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • "Special order" criteria:
    • Orders containing more than 4 items.
    • Orders with a total value exceeding £300 or the local equivalent.
    • Orders including handmade or made-to-order items.
    • Items discounted or showing a final sale tag do not qualify for refunds or returns.
